Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.
Accounts

Ovu.la provides informational insights and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or access data that is not yours.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are optional and are purchased through our web checkout, using Paddle as our payment provider. Prices, currency, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and payment details are shown before you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.
You can cancel future renewals through the customer portal linked from the app. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds and statutory consumer rights are described in our Refund and cancellation policy.
Intellectual property
All content, software, and branding are owned by Ovu.la or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.
Service changes
We may update or discontinue features to improve accuracy, security, or compliance. We will provide notice when required by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that insights are error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ovu.la is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under EU law.
